This small office building was designed for Empress Farah Pahlavi, the last Queen of Iran. The building is composed of two L’s embracing a generous central hall.

The L-shaped plans are made half a floor level apart, meeting one another at the landing of stairways. This creates a visual connection between open office floors. The stairs are open and always visually oriented towards the garden.
